Shipping Policy
BestOfferFurniture.com offers Free Shipping on any order 100 dollars and above. For any order below 100 dollars, customer may pay for Fed Ex, USPS or UPS delivery and BestOfferFurniture.com will ship it out to the customer. For customers who are getting their product shipped to California, Nevada, Utah, or Arizona, a 20 percent discounted rate off of the order including free shipping will be given through coupon code, WEST, due to a lower shipping rate. This discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offers and is only valid for delivery addresses in California, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.
All product will be shipped by either UPS, USPS, FedEx, 5 star rated Freight Company, or an independant carrier. Shipping costs will be customers responsibility unless otherwise noted. Customer will receive a tracking number by email for all carriers once the product is shipped.
Free Shipping is for curbside drop off only. This means that the shipment will be dropped off outside of your residence. Any additional delivery instructions / needs will have an additional charge. White Glove Delivery can be quoted if needed. White Glove Delivery would include up to two flights of stairs, into your residence, light assembly (no tools) and removal of packaging from your residence.
Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be noted on your signed delivery slip and you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will have the item repaired by a professional repair service at no charge to you; or, if the damage or defect cannot be repaired, we will arrange for replacement of the damaged piece.
If you wish to return any item for any reason other than delivery damage or defect, you must contact us within 3 days. Item(s) must be in new condition, you must use our carrier and you will be responsible for the cost of the return delivery and a restocking fee of 25 percent. Shipping Option may be changed prior to order being shipped out to customers location.
All product is to be assumed unassembled. There may be assembly required on your product which BestOfferFurniture does not provide unless paid for through White Glove Delivery Service.
Orders will be shipped out to you within 3-10 days of the order being received. The freight carrier will contact you to set up a delivery time frame unless Fed Ex, USPS or UPS is delivering your product. BestOfferFurniture.com has the right to change carriers in order to get the product to the customer as soon as possible or if another carrier is needed.
We also offer the option of customer pickup at our local warehouse if you live in the area.
